These terms apply when you use lurelyn.com or buy products from LURELYN. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Our role

LURELYN is an independent online retailer. We do not manufacture the products sold on this website. Products may be supplied and fulfilled by independent third-party suppliers and fulfilment partners, but your order is placed with LURELYN unless checkout clearly states otherwise.

Product information

We aim to present accurate descriptions, images, specifications, availability and prices. Colours and appearance may vary by screen, and supplier information can change. We may correct errors before accepting an order.

Health and wellness information

General product information is not medical advice. Unless expressly stated and supported by appropriate certification, products are not presented as medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.

Orders and payment

An order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that an order has been accepted. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, a price or listing error occurred, payment was not authorised or fraud is suspected. If payment has been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, it will be refunded.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Items may be fulfilled separately and arrive in more than one parcel. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns and cancellations

Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Liability

We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when your order is accepted will normally apply to that order.
